WHAT IS SEESAW? Seesaw empowers students of any age to independently document what they
are learning at school.
Students capture learning with photos and videos of their work, or by adding
digital creations. Everything gets organized in one place and is accessible to
teachers from any device.
Student work can be shared with classmates, parents, or published to a class
blog. Seesaw gives students a real audience for their work and offers parents a personalized window into their child’s learning.
Seesaw in Action – 2W with Mrs Maretta Wood
This term Year 2 have begun using the Seesaw app to upload photos of what we are doing in class each week. Many of our parents
have downloaded Seesaw and are able to instantly view our artwork and activities.
Seesaw is a wonderful way to keep in touch with the range of learning experiences happening in the classroom. Parents are able to
‘like’ an upload and also make a comment, which can be included on their child’s feed.
If you haven’t yet accessed Seesaw or if you have any problems downloading the app, please email your child’s teacher as they can
help you to navigate the simple process.
